The Humane Society of Sandusky County is always in need of Volunteers. Children may volunteer at the discretion of the Shelter Administrator. If the Volunteer is under 16 years of age, he/she must be accompanied by a Parent/Guardian (one child per adult). All Volunteers must fill out and sign a Volunteer Waiver of Liability.
A great deal of time and effort is put into the Shelter and the animals. There are many was in which a Volunteer can help. Please check which areas you would be willing to assist:
